1. Digital Product Policy

Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be “returned” once the download link has been generated or accessed. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” or accidental purchases.
2. Cancellations
Before Download: You may request a cancellation and full refund only if the digital product has not been downloaded or accessed, and the request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
After Download: Once the eBook has been downloaded, accessed, or the download link has been clicked, the order is considered “consumed” and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
3. Exceptions (Technical Issues)
We want you to have a seamless experience. We will consider refund requests only under the following specific circumstances:
Corrupt Files: If the digital file is corrupted or damaged and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same eBook twice within a 24-hour period, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Incorrect Product: If the file delivered is significantly different from the product description provided on the website.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund under the exceptions listed above:

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. AI Disclosure & Quality
